When will my order be ready?
If you've place an order online to be picked up, we can most likely put it together right away! If not, we'll let you know, though it typically wouldn't take longer than 24 hours. Please see the "Delivery and Pickup" section for more details on delivery schedules.
Does my delivery require a signature?
Yes. A signature from an adult, 21 years of age or older is required for all deliveries. Consider making your delivery a business address or any address where someone will be present during the day. If you want to change your shipping address, email us at [email protected].
Can you ship wine to my state?
Due to Maryland state law, we cannot ship wine to any state. We can only deliver within Baltimore City limits. All orders that do not meet delivery requirements will be available to pick up from our downtown location, 711 South Central Ave, Suite 200, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. Is there a Delivery Fee?
For orders $50 or more, Local Delivery is FREE!
For orders less than $50, there is a $10 Local Delivery Fee.
What if there is something wrong with a wine I've purchased?
Pop the cork back in or screw the top back on and let us know right away so we can replace it. We ask that you return the bottle with the wine still inside so we can assess what's wrong and get it to the special place where flawed wines go. Flawed bottles happen, but we won't make you drink them!
I've received the wrong product or something is missing.
If you have received the wrong product, or have an item missing from your order, contact us immediately. Please have your order number, so we can promptly address any issues.
