If you ever receive a wine that is damaged or flawed in some way, please hang on to it with whatever juice is left in the bottle (don't dump it down the drain!) and we can replace that bottle free of charge. We can only process returns in person at this time.

Shipping/Local Delivery Policy
All online orders have the option for delivery or pick up from our Harbor East location - 711 Central Ave, Suite 200, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
For both delivery and pick up, product availability will be confirmed as orders are received. If a product is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we will contact you immediately to find a replacement or issue a refund.
Pick Up
This one’s easy! Select what you’d like, pay, and pick up at your convenience! Please bring along an ID and confirmation number upon pick up and you’re good to go!
Delivery
Maryland State law allows us to deliver within Baltimore City limits only. Any orders outside of Baltimore City limits will be restricted to pick-up only from our Harbor East location - 711 Central Ave, Suite 200, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
All orders that have been confirmed for delivery will be delivered Same Day Monday- Friday as long as orders are placed within an hour of delivery window end:
Delivery hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm-4pm
Tuesday 6pm-9pm
For orders placed after 3:30pm, if we cannot make arrangements to get it to you same day, we will deliver the next available delivery day.
Adult Signature
Someone 21 years of age or older, with proper identification (state or federally issued ID card) must be present to receive delivery. If ID cannot be presented upon request, delivery will be refused and the order will be subject to cancelation. All deliveries containing alcoholic beverages will include a "Adult Signature Required" form. We cannot leave deliveries without signature. If no one is available to receive the delivery, your order will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee of $20 will be charged.
