A brand new creation by Meinklang: Fusion, a co-fermentation of Gruner Veltliner grapes and Topaz apples resulting in a light and fresh cider-like sparkling. Ancient grains, fruit trees, vegetables, herbs and flower share the land with the local indigenous grape varieties, contributing to a rich and fertile soil.
