A long-time fan of the Sparkling Rosé from Meinklang - when their red wine hit our shelves - I couldn't wait to give it a try!
A blend of 3 native Austrian varieties - Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Sankt Laurent. Teetering on the light-medium body edge, it is bright and juicy, but dry with enough acidity to lift the palate. Think Pinot Noir meets the Rhone Valley. Perfect on it's own, but will pair nicely with grilled fish or roasted chicken.
