Full-bodied, creamy and soft, this is a downright delightful sparkler from the unlikely locale of New Mexico! Based on Pinot Noir, this also has 25% Chardonnay, so while it may not be a true Blanc de Noirs in the traditional sense... it is still inarguably delicious!
