Made from the Albana grape, this is a medium-boded, dry wine with skin contact (ie: orange!) Not too fruity, funky, or deep colored, it is bursting with aromatics and wildflowers on the nose with a palate of apricots, grilled peach, and ripe melon. Pair with fried seafood, fish soup, risottos, roast poultry, and veal.
