Tre Monti is the result of two generations of wine making from two farm estates in Emilia Romagna, where only estate grown grapes are vinified. They are practicing organic with as little intervention as possible. Thea, named for one of the winery’s founders, is intriguing and pretty with vivid flavors and enticing aromas balanced by savory minerals. It is 100% Petit Manseng and spends one day on its skins before being vinified and matured in stainless steel.
