The happiest we've been drinking Sauvignon Blanc in a while. It starts slow and subtle, then rises and unfolds to reveal beautiful tropical fruit, minerality, flowers, and the slightest grassy note. It spends 6 months on it's lees so it takes on a bit more richness than others, and balances the acidity perfectly. More versatile at the dinner table than Sauvignon Blanc tends to be, but sings beautifully on its own.
