Notes of ripe cherries, red currants, Chinese five spice, roasted meats, herbs, lavender, dark chocolate and cracked pepper. Layers and layers of depth with bold flavors and smooth tannins (for a CdP). A great expression from one of the best Domaines in the region.
A blend of Grenache (70%), Syrah (20%), Mourvèdre (5%), the remainder Cinsault, Counoise, Vaccarèse, Muscardin, Terret Noir.
