50% Chardonnay, 40% Chenin, 10% Pinot Noir
Another one of those wines Tony was like “you’ve got to get this” and I’m like “I’m sure it’s good but is it THAT good” and then it was. A reminder that if he takes the time to mention a wine by name, you should go find it ASAP. Granny smith apple, citrus, and light brioche. Very effervescent.
