The Dettori Renosu Rosso is an organic and biodynamic red from Sardegna made from the local Cannonau grape. Wild aromatics of rosemary, the local myrtle berry, thyme and cloves jump from the glass. The wine is dense and rich but never overwhelming. This is a powerful red, perfect for steak or braised meats and game dishes.
