Brilliant ruby red in colour, with fine, uninterrupted chains of perlage, characteristic of the Metodo Classico. The nose reveals inviting fragrances of raspberries and juicy wild strawberries, mingled with intriguing citrus notes. On the palate it enters with conviction, as a true Sorbara, then opens up with rich fruity flavours. Pleasant finish, good persistence, excellent balance between acidity and savouriness, clean close.
