Cuvee Emotion is a vintage Cremant de Limoux composed of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin, and 20% Pinot Noir. It is hand harvested, and made in the traditional method, spending a minimum 18 months on the lees. This bubbly has notes of red fruit with light floral undertones. It captures the sunshine and energy of Southern France while coming in at a price that other sparklers can't touch. It is now produced as an Extra Brut style with less than 6 g/L of residual sugar.
