The palate is very consistent with the nose: agile, smooth, and full-bodied. Citrusy, pleasantly bitter grapefruit notes, and spicy notes of lavender, oregano, and rosemary. Juicy, fresh, with lemon peel, and very savory, it finishes long and very clean.
