Due to the warm sun of this land, the aromatics are so dense and concentrated: black cherry, in jam and syrup, plum and blackberry, vanilla and cloves, carob and licorice, juniper berries. On the palate, it is full and structured and pleasantly soft with echoes of medicinal herbs on the finish.
