Laura Lorenzo-DaTerra has become one of the most revolutionary winemakers in all of Galicia. Her winemaking is focused on indigenous varieties, organic farming, & minimalist vinification. This wine is mostly old-vine (80-120yrs) Godello, 90% of which was destemmed and left on skins for a short period of time. Rich and textured, it shows flavors of yellow apple, herbs, and tart citrus. Pair with white fish or caprese salads.
